Hello! My name is Kara and I'm a photographer. I tend to work in portraits and landscape photography but love to experiment and try new strategies. It's my goal in life to create work that brings out emotion in others. Whether it's happiness, sadness, anger, frustration, or a feeling of being content, I want to create that emotional connection between the work and the viewer.
I got my education and training from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, but I've been creating my entire life. Growing up, I always had a sketchbook in hand or a hand-me-down camera trying to capture anything and everything. That creative passion only blossomed in high school and then into college. What was once a hobby now became a dream career that I'm continuously working towards.
